Official language
The official language at Jicable-HVDC’21 will be English.

Proceedings
Proceedings will be available online after the conference.

Badges
An admission badge will be delivered to each participant, giving access to the symposium sessions and to the audiovisual presentation room. It must be worn throughout the seminar period at all times.

Meals
The Welcome cocktail dinner (Monday) two planned lunches (Tuesday & Wednesday) will be organized inside the Blue Point Liege itself at the ground floor. 

WiFi space
Free Wifi access at BluePoint Liege.

Parking garage
The BluePoint Liege benefit from a private parking garage (ticket not included the registration fees). You will find free parking places outsite the venue.

Insurance
The organizers cannot be held liable for any personal accident or for damage to, or the loss of any personal property, howsoever caused. Participants should therefore make their own insurance arrangements.

Useful tips
In the month of November, the average temperature in Liege is 3 to 8°C (-16 to -13°F). In Belgium, the electric current is 230 V / 50 Hz. It is advised to consider the use of an electric adaptor.
